Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications.
Experience in reinforcement, formwork, precast concrete fabrication & installation, concrete and foundation works.
Ability to coordinate subcontractors, site teams and inspection activities. Knowledge of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, ITPs and WIR/inspection procedures.
Good understanding of construction quality and HSE requirements.
Ability to plan daily activities, set priorities and monitor progress against programme requirements.
