Requirements

Must have strong experience in FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and contract administration, particularly within large-scale Energy, Power, Utilities, or Infrastructure projects. Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead contract management activities for major EPC Energy & Infrastructure projects across Egypt and overseas. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full contract lifecycle, including contract administration, negotiations, claims, variations, risk management, and dispute resolution. Working closely with project, commercial, procurement, and legal teams, the Contracts Manager will ensure contractual compliance, protect the company's commercial interests, and support the successful delivery of complex projects in accordance with contractual obligations and international standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full contract lifecycle for EPC projects.Draft, review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and claims.Ensure contractual compliance while mitigating commercial and legal risks.Lead contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Support project teams on contractual matters, variations, EOTs, and dispute resolution.Coordinate with technical, procurement, commercial, and legal teams throughout project execution.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering.15+ years of experience in Contracts Management within EPC projects.Strong experience in FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, and contract administration.Proven experience in large-scale Energy, Power, Utilities, or Infrastructure projects.Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.Willingness to travel and support overseas projects.If interested, please send your updated resume in a PDF format to: [HIDDEN TEXT] mentioning the job title in the e-mail subject.
