This is a hands-on execution role — not a strategy-only or purely advisory position — focused on turning customer data into actionable commercial insights that drive campaign performance.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain customer segmentation models based on behavior, value, and lifecycle stageConduct customer profiling and behavioral analysis to identify targeting opportunitiesSupport campaign targeting by translating segmentation outputs into actionable audience listsAnalyze campaign performance and customer response, feeding insights back into segmentation logicDevelop and maintain BI/reporting dashboards to track CVM metrics and campaign KPIsCollaborate with marketing, BI, and product teams to convert data into commercial actionsContinuously refine segmentation frameworks based on performance data and business feedback
