Requirements
Previous experience in a similar hospitality role and with Property Management Systems is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is necessary. A university/college degree in a related discipline is preferred. Must have professional presentation, strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, be highly responsible and reliable, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, cohesively as part of a team, and focus attention on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.
