Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a hotel reservations department and a High School Diploma. Advanced English language skills are required, with a second language being an asset. Essential skills include strong guest service, excellent communication, attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency in handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and CRS systems is advantageous, as is experience with Opera PMS.
