Description
Reviewing Construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.Collaborate with project teams to assess project requirements and specifications.Estimate the quantity and costs of materials.Amend the consultant's comments on the QS.Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, BOQ's and other documentation.Ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveying services for our projects.Liaise and follow up with the warehouse on the materials issuing and track any variation of the quantities.Work as the linking person between the site and the technical office team.Issue the QS made for the sub-contractors in order to get the final approval from the Engineering Manager.
