Description
Plan, coordinate and control all project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.Monitor project progress, costs, resources and risks, and implement corrective actions when required to achieve project objectives.Coordinate contracts, procurement, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.Manage project changes, technical issues and potential risks, ensuring proper assessment, approval and documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, HSE requirements, company procedures and contractual obligations throughout project execution.Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and project close-out activities, including completion of required documentation.Act as the Owner’s Representative in related construction projects, representing the company’s interests and ensuring compliance with approved project requirements.Follow up and monitor contractor performance and deliverables in terms of time, cost, quality and compliance with approved project requirements.Coordinate with consultants and designers regarding design reviews, technical clarifications, approvals and implementation to ensure alignment between design and site execution.Manage and coordinate the project delivery process with the Consultant and Contractor, ensuring effective coordination and timely resolution of project issues.Manage the project snag list, ensure timely closure of outstanding items, and follow up during the warranty period to ensure that all defects and outstanding obligations are properly addressed
