Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager with strong expertise in plastic injection molding to oversee and manage the factory's daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets, ensuring product quality, optimizing operational efficiency, reducing production costs, and leading the factory team to meet business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and monitor daily and monthly production activities to meet production targets.Oversee plastic injection molding operations, ensuring efficient machine and mold utilization.Monitor production performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.Manage production schedules, shifts, and workforce allocation.Ensure the quality of finished products meets approved specifications and customer requirements.Monitor product quality throughout the production process and identify and resolve quality issues.Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth production operations.Monitor machine performance, downtime, and maintenance requirements.Identify and reduce production defects, waste, and material consumption.Lead and develop production teams, supervisors, and factory staff.Monitor production costs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare regular operational, production, and quality performance reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures.Experience in product quality management and quality control within the plastic injection molding industry is required.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor's degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.Minimum 8–10 years of experience in factory management, preferably in the plastics manufacturing industry.Strong hands-on experience in plastic injection molding processes, machines, and molds.Proven experience in product quality management and quality control within the plastic injection molding industry.Strong knowledge of product specifications, quality standards, and inspection procedures.Experience in identifying production defects, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions.Proven experience in production planning, team leadership, and cross-functional coordination.Good knowledge of manufacturing operations, cost control, and continuous improvement.Experience with ERP systems; Odoo experience is a plus.Good command of English.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
