Job Description: Junior Site Supervision Architect1. Basic InformationJob Title: Junior Site Supervision Architect / Entry-Level Site Architect.Department: Construction Supervision / Engineering Projects Sector.Career Level: Entry-level / Junior (0-2 years of experience).Direct Supervisor: Senior Supervision Architect / Site Manager.2. Core ObjectiveTo monitor daily on-site architectural execution and finishing works, ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and safety standards under the guidance of senior engineers.3. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Inspections: Conduct regular site rounds to monitor architectural works such as masonry, plastering, insulation, flooring, and false ceilings.Drawing Compliance: Verify that the contractor executes works accurately according to the approved Shop Drawings and architectural details.Work Handover: Participate in inspecting completed tasks from contractors and issue Punch Lists for any non-compliant items.Material Inspection: Check delivered architectural materials against approved samples, data sheets, and project specifications.Progress Reporting: Draft daily and weekly reports tracking site achievements, labor force, and material deliveries.Interdisciplinary Coordination: Coordinate with structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) engineers to resolve on-site clashes.As-Built Documentation: Assist in reviewing and documenting As-Built drawings reflecting the actual on-site execution for final handover.Safety Monitoring: Ensure workers and contractors adhere to site safety and occupational health regulations.4.
