The role will also support business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while ensuring timely resolution of client requests and escalations.ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Act as the main point of contact for client requests, escalations, and service issues.Manage policy renewals, negotiations, and insurer coordination.Review and negotiate quotations, benefits, pricing, and terms with insurance providers.Monitor claims, approvals, and service performance to ensure client satisfaction.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy implementation and administration.Prepare and present renewal proposals, reports, and client presentations.Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support business growth.Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.Ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, processes, and service standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Pharmacy is preferred; degrees in Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields are also considered.4–6 years of experience in Brokerage or Medical Insurance, preferably within a TPA or insurance company.Strong knowledge of Medical and Life Insurance products and processes.Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
