Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Must have a minimum of 10 years of functional configuration experience in Oracle Finance and Project modules, with strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 solution design, implementation, support, and system configuration. Experience in business-process design, documentation, UAT, data conversion, migration, and interfaces is essential, along with working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are required, as is the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders. Aviation industry experience is preferred. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

About the RoleWe are looking for an Application Support (Finance) to provide functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Oracle Finance and Project modules within Oracle EBS R12. The role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to ensure system stability, effective issue resolution, and the successful delivery of system enhancements.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide functional support and timely resolution for Oracle Finance and Project modules and associated integrations within Oracle EBS R12.Work with end users to analyze system and business issues, identify root causes, and implement suitable fixes or workarounds.Escalate complex system issues to vendors or higher support levels while minimizing disruption to business operations.Configure and support system enhancements, customizations, and integrations based on evolving business requirements.Conduct process-design workshops and identify gaps between current and future business processes.Prepare functional specifications for data conversion, migration, interfaces, and system enhancements.Manage User Acceptance Testing and ensure system governance, security, data integrity, and availability are maintained.Develop user documentation, troubleshooting guides, knowledge-base materials, and training sessions.Support Finance-related projects and roadmap initiatives across business and IT teams.Monitor new Oracle EBS R12 features and recommend relevant system improvements.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of functional configuration experience in Finance and Project modules.Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 solution design, implementation, support, and system configuration.Experience implementing and deploying ERP solutions related to Finance and Projects.Experience in business-process design, documentation, UAT, data conversion, migration, and interfaces.Working knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, end users, IT teams, and external vendors.Aviation industry experience is preferred.Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.Recruitment Fraud AlertPlease be cautious of fraudulent job offers from individuals or organizations falsely claiming to represent GAL.
