The role proactively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting project requirements. The role is involved from the tender phase (supporting the sales team) to project execution and closeout (supporting the project team).Key Responsibilities:Supports sales function by creating project schedules and related support material for use in KONE estimates and proposals.Designs, constructs, and maintains cost—and resource-loaded schedules for projects in execution and pro-actively highlights resource and time challenges in meeting schedule requirements.Interacts directly with customers to clearly understand overall project requirements and milestones to integrate construction master schedules with those specific to KONE scope.Bridges potential misalignment between KONE Supply Line and Front Line, by actively checking project schedules and identifying and suggesting corrective actions and scheduling opportunities.Assists local Project Manager in the development and maintenance of existing schedules performing critical path, acceleration, and gap analysis as required. Assists in project performance analysis and forecasting based on Critical Path and Earned Value.Maintains accurate records of schedule development throughout the lifetime of the Project.Ensures bespoke customer reports and contractual planning obligations are understood and fulfilled.Provides support to the Project Team and management about EOT claims and Cause and Effect scheduling.Assists in project risk analysis.Contributes to the development of planning processes and best practices and assists with their implementation and guides, supports, and trains project teams in their application.Proactive approach in assisting the project manager on Critical and Near Critical delays; Delay notices; Interim / Final particulars for EOT claim through effective collaboration with the relevant stakeholdersAre you the oneBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and claims management.Experience working with at least one of the top 10 to 15 construction companies or within the elevator industry.Proven experience in Extension of Time (EOT) claim management and contractual dispute resolution (preferred).Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools.Strong understanding of construction project dashboards, progress tracking, and reporting.One-year fixed term contract role.At KONE, we are focused on creating an innovative and collaborative working culture where we value the contribution of each individual.
