Role Purpose:The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air-conditioning and ventilation systems across Leylatys Riyadh facilities. The role ensures all HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably to maintain comfort, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:Install and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, and ducting systems. Perform preventive maintenance and respond to breakdowns promptly. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in HVAC systems. Calibrate thermostats and ensure balanced airflow across facilities. Ensure compliance with safety and refrigerant handling standards. Support all site operations when required by assisting with HVAC needs at external functions, other Leylaty sites, and affiliated restaurants. Record maintenance activities and refrigerant usage accurately. Recommend system efficiency upgrades and report issues to the Facilities Engineer. Qualifications:Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC installation and maintenance.
