Our client, a leading company in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their locations in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry, hands-on leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall performance of their branch, ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage the full day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service across all shifts.Lead, train, and supervise branch staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams, to maintain high performance and service standards.Ensure an exceptional guest experience by monitoring service quality and promptly addressing customer feedback and complaints.Ensure full compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards within the branch.Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily workforce allocation to meet operational needs.Monitor and control branch-level inventory, stock levels, and ordering to minimize waste and maintain cost efficiency.Track daily sales, branch expenses, and key performance indicators, taking corrective action where needed.Handle cash management, POS operations, and daily reconciliation processes for the branch.Resolve operational issues, staff conflicts, and customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.Conduct regular staff briefings and on-the-job training to reinforce service standards and operational procedures.Ensure the branch's cleanliness, presentation, and equipment are maintained to company standards at all times.Report branch performance, incidents, and recommendations to the Operations Manager or senior management on a regular basis.Support the rollout of new products, promotions, and company initiatives at the branch level.Requirements:Previous experience in a Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Shift Manager, or similar role within the Food & Beverage industry.Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.Proven experience in team supervision and daily staff management.Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service orientation.Basic proficiency in operational and sales reporting.
