Key Experience Required:
Industrial surface treatment and pre-treatment processes
Cleaning, degreasing, rinsing, and phosphating
Powder coating application and curing processes
Monitoring coating thickness, temperature, and other process parameters
Identifying coating defects and maintaining quality standards
Following SOPs, work instructions, and HSE requirements
Experience in E-Coating / KTL (Cathodic Electro Deposition) will be a strong advantage.
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Surface Treatment Operator, Powder Coating Operator, Coating Operator, or similar role
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment
Good understanding of coating quality, adhesion, and thickness requirements
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and workplace safety
Ability to work effectively as part of a production team
