We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionateEmbryologistto join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai.The successful candidate will support the delivery of high-quality assisted reproductive technology services and work closely with physicians, senior embryologists and other fertility specialists.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine embryology laboratory procedures.Handle and process oocytes, sperm and embryos according to approved protocols.Assist with IVF and ICSI procedures.Perform fertilization assessment.Monitor embryo development and perform embryo grading.Assist with embryo preparation for transfer.Perform cryopreservation and thawing procedures as trained and authorized.Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and patient identification records.Follow laboratory SOPs, quality-control procedures and safety standards.Maintain appropriate laboratory conditions and equipment.Assist senior embryologists with laboratory activities and quality improvement projects.Ensure strict adherence to traceability and patient-safety procedures.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Embryology, Reproductive Biology, Biomedical Science or a related field.Relevant clinical embryology/ART laboratory training.Previous experience in an IVF laboratory.Practical understanding of IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.Knowledge of embryo culture, fertilization assessment and cryopreservation.Strong attention to detail and excellent laboratory discipline.Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary fertility team.Preferred ExperienceExperience with IVF, ICSI, embryo culture, embryo grading, cryopreservation and other ART laboratory procedures will be highly preferred.
