Requirements
The Chief Accountant position requires a CPA, CA, ACCA, or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting, preferably in the catering, food and beverage, or related sectors. Experience in audit and costing is advantageous. Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced MS Excel, are essential, and prior experience in MS Dynamics is a plus. Knowledge of KSA Taxation rules, Saudi Labor Law, MOIC Regulations, and other compliance requirements is necessary.

About the Role The Chief Accountant will lead the unit's overall finance function, oversee daily financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, and provide actionable financial insights to support management decision-making.Key Reponsibilities· Assist the Regional Finance Manager and Group Finance in the Unit's overall finance function and · Monitor day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.· Manage statutory compliance matters, including Audit, IKTVA, LCGPA, VAT, Zakat, withholding tax (WHT), and other tax-related requirements.· Monitoring the Cash Flow Situation and tracking Fund Disbursement · Liaise with Bankers and manage working capital, including collections, inventory, bank facilities and other current assets.· Review and monitor financial systems and processes periodically.· Track the company's financial position and performance to identify opportunities for improvement.· Identify methods to minimize financial risk to the company.· Research and analyze financial reports and market trends.· Provide senior executives with meaningful insights and forecasts to support short-term and long-term decision-making.· Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports not limited to MIS, Financials Statements, Budget, Forecasts e.t.c· Asset ManagementQualifications and Experience· CPA, CA, ACCA, or Master degree in Accounting or Finance.· Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial and management accounting, preferably within catering, food and beverage, or a related sector.· Experience in Audit and Costing is advantageous.· Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.· Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced MS Excel capabilities. Prior Experience in MS Dynamics is an advantage.· Ability to work independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.· Working knowledge of KSA Taxation rules, Saudi Labor Law, MOIC Regulations and Other Compliance requirements· Ability to train, supervise, and manage staff.
