This role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with internal stakeholders and clients. The specialist tracks market trends and talent availability, maintains talent pipelines, and updates recruitment databases to ensure timely and effective staffing.
