Job Description SummaryThe Maintenance Engineer ECT is responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, reliability, and safety of plant equipment. This role bridges the gap between technical strategy and operational execution, focusing on minimizing downtime, reducing maintenance costs, and implementing long-term equipment improvements.Duration : 12-monthsJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPM Optimization: Evaluate the effectiveness of current Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks and update schedules to minimize over-maintenance or under-maintenance.Performance Tracking: Monitor key reliability metrics, such as Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF) and Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), to identify systemic issues.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA).Audit Support: Participate in internal and external audits to ensure maintenance records and safety protocols are strictly followed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electro-mechanical, or/and Mechatronics or related fields.Fresh graduates up to 2 years of experienceStrong mechanical or electrical aptitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics.Desired CharacteristicsPossesses a strong command of Excel and the analytical ability to move beyond fixing things to understanding the why behind failures (MTBF/MTTR).
