The role is responsible for driving excellence in landscape architecture, sustainability, project delivery, and stakeholder management while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, brand standards, and business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee all landscape design and construction activities across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with approved master plans, quality standards, budgets, and timelines. Manage the end-to-end landscape development process, from concept design through execution, handover, and operational readiness. Collaborate closely with architecture, engineering, infrastructure, planning, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration of landscape elements within overall development strategies. Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for landscape architecture, ensuring innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions. Review and approve landscape designs, technical drawings, material specifications, and construction methodologies. Monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when required. Oversee budget planning, cost control, procurement coordination, and value engineering initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability.
