Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 4–6+ years of experience in embedded software development, with experience in automotive radar systems or ADAS technologies. Strong programming experience in C and/or C++. Experience with software architecture and object-oriented design principles. Knowledge of automotive software development processes and lifecycle. Experience working with embedded systems and real-time software. Familiarity with radar technologies, radar signal processing concepts, or ADAS systems. Experience with software debugging, integration, and performance optimization. Understanding of software testing methodologies, code reviews, and software quality processes. Experience working within cross-functional engineering teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with version control tools such as Git is preferred. Knowledge of automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, or AUTOSAR is considered an advantage.

Radar System Development Support the development of radar perception and signal processing software. Participate in system integration and validation activities. Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis for radar-related software issues. Technical Leadership Lead software development activities within assigned work packages. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers. Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions. Contribute to technical planning, effort estimation, and risk identification. Promote software engineering best practices across the development team. Quality & Continuous Improvement Develop and execute unit and integration testing activities. Ensure software quality through code reviews and adherence to development processes. Maintain technical documentation throughout the software lifecycle. Identify opportunities to improve software performance, maintainability, and development efficiency. Stay informed about emerging radar technologies and automotive software trends.
