Description

 As Facilities Operations Manager – Electrical, you will lead the safe, reliable, and compliant operation of mission-critical electrical systems supporting OCI data centers. Reporting to the Site Operations Director, this role owns electrical plant operations, maintenance execution, vendor performance, technician leadership, operational readiness, and incident response to ensure continuous uptime and protection of compute load.

You will oversee the operation and maintenance of systems such as switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, transfer switches, PDUs, busway, grounding, and related monitoring platforms. This role is centered on day-to-day plant operations and field execution rather than primary design authority.
