Requirements

Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in electrical engineering. Experience working on medium to large scale electrical design projects. Familiarity with real estate projects is preferred. Description
Electrical Engineer Electrical Design: Develop electrical designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations. Conduct load calculations, lighting design, and power distribution design. Technical Reviews: Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and calculations from team members and contractors. Ensure all electrical designs adhere to industry standards and best practices. Site Coordination: Visit construction sites to supervise electrical installations and ensure quality control. Verify compliance with drawings and specifications during all phases of construction. System Integration: Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (MEP, Civil) to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems into overall project designs. Project Management: Manage project timelines and budgets related to electrical engineering tasks. Prepare and present progress reports to project stakeholders. Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for electrical-related inquiries from clients, addressing concerns, and providing solutions. Prepare technical documentation for client proposals and project kick-offs. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical systems are designed with safety in mind, following NFPA, IEC, and other safety standards. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies, trends, and regulations in electrical engineering and incorporate these into designs.
