Requirements
Requires a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Guest Relations Officer in a 5-star resort in the UAE. Prior experience working with Opera is mandatory. Being multi-lingual in Arabic, German, Russian, or French is a plus. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders and strong networking skills are essential.
