Requirements
The General Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing all civil, interior design, and FF&E finishes. This includes ensuring optimal condition and appearance through preventive maintenance, responding promptly to work requests (especially those concerning health and safety), and maintaining daily logs of activities, problems, and solutions. The role also involves adhering to environmentally friendly practices and reporting potential safety hazards.
