JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for securing the company's legal position by managing and renewing all government licenses and permits on time. This role handles all employee labor relations, conducts internal investigations to ensure a disciplined workplace compliant with labor laws, and represents the company professionally before judicial bodies and labor offices.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Government Procedures & Licensing: Manage and extract all government licenses for company headquarters and branches (operating licenses, civil defense, etc.) and handle renewals. Prepare, draft, and document official paperwork for company establishment or contract amendments at the notary public.Administrative Investigations & Labor Relations: Conduct internal legal investigations with policy-violating employees, draft investigation minutes, and recommend appropriate penalties. Provide instant legal advice to HR regarding terminations, resignations, and contract endings. Draft and update internal work regulations and penalties for Ministry of Labor approval.Judicial & Labor Representation: Represent the company before labor offices in disputes and complaints, working to settle them amicably or legally. Attend, plead, and follow up on cases before labor and other courts, and execute judgments in the company's favor. Prepare legal memos, defenses, and appeals.
