Requirements
Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong technical team and interpersonal skills, and experience with relevant international codes and standards. Knowledge of engineering computer programs and general business software is also expected.

Job Objective

  • Provide technical expertise in all mechanical static equipment design
  • Ensure design and engineering compliance with relevant codes and ADNOC standards
  • Coordinate, Monitor and handle static equipment design and engineering with EPC Contractor as per project expectation and complete the same within the time frame
  • Work with other discipline engineers within IPMT, EPC Contractor, ADNOC Engineering / Operation / Site Interface to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Discipline Engineering execution and integrity etc.    
  • Perform regular and timely technical reviews of Mechanical Static Engineering deliverables developed by engineering consultants/contractors, ensuring design quality in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices
