Description
You will serve as the primary ICT point of contact for the branch and be responsible for ensuring the effective operation, availability, security, and resilience of branch IT systems and infrastructure. ICT activities and ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.What You'll Be DoingMaintain and ensure the proper functioning of the branch ICT environment.Monitor the availability and performance of hardware and software systems.Provide first-level technical troubleshooting and user support.Support critical AS400 procedures, including SIRE, Safewatch, and SWIFT Alliance.Coordinate with Head Office ICT teams for technical escalation and resolution.Support ICT projects across the branch, including primary and disaster recovery sites.Support the implementation and maintenance of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.Coordinate ICT-related BCP and DR testing activities.Manage and grant application and system access in line with internal procedures.Ensure compliance with ICT security standards and support internal and regulatory audits.Provide technical support for videoconferencing and telecommunications services.Maintain appropriate IT documentation and support the effective operation of branch technology services.Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3–5 years of relevant IT experience.Experience in IT infrastructure, technical support, troubleshooting, and systems administration.
