Review drawings, specifications and BOQs to identify discrepancies and scope gaps. Monitor site progress and quality across civil, structural, finishing and MEP coordination works. Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve technical issues and track actions. Assess proposed changes, variations and their cost and timeline implications. Verify completed works and review payment applications alongside consultant certifications. Provide management with concise updates on progress, risks and decisions required. Follow up on inspections, approvals, snagging and handover documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of building construction experience, including UAE projects; exposure to different project types preferred. Strong knowledge of drawings, construction methods, specifications and BOQs. Practical experience in site supervision, quality control, variations and payment reviews. Knowledge of Dubai authority procedures is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel. Strong technical judgement, communication and follow-up skills. Valid UAE driving licence; client-side or consultant-side experience preferred.
