Intrepid GS is seeking a Regional Manager to support day-to-day regional operations and contract management across our Southwest Asia portfolio, based in Qatar. This role will work closely with the Director of Operations to ensure strong operational execution, customer satisfaction, contract performance across the region's engineering and support services programs, while also supporting business development and growth initiatives in the broader Southwest Asia market. The ideal candidate brings a Finance or Engineering background, hands-on site leadership experience, and a strong track record managing customer, vendor, and supply chain relationships in a regional operating environment.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional OperationsOversee day-to-day operations across assigned Southwest Asia sites, ensuring service delivery meets performance standards, schedule, and customer expectations across engineering, facilities, and support functions.Serve as a primary point of contact for government customers on-site, building and maintaining strong customer relationships and proactively resolving issues to sustain a positive working relationship.Monitor performance metrics, prepare and review operations reporting, and identify risks or trends requiring escalation to the Director of Operations.Manage vendor and subcontractor relationships across the region, including performance oversight, issue resolution, and contract compliance.Manage and strengthen local supply chain networks to ensure reliable material, equipment, and services availability across regional sites.Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning across engineering, facilities, and support functions.Contract ManagementSupport administration of regional contracts and task orders, including scope tracking, deliverables, and compliance with contract terms.Assist in preparing and reviewing contract modifications, equitable adjustments, and other contract actions as needed.Ensure adherence to FAR/DFARS and other applicable government contracting requirements.Maintain documentation and audit-readiness for contract files, vendor agreements, and performance records.Business Development / Growth SupportSupport the Director of Operations and BD team in identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the Southwest Asia market.Leverage established customer and vendor relationships in-region to surface market intelligence and growth opportunities.Assist with capture activities and proposal inputs, drawing on regional operational and vendor/supply chain knowledge.Build and maintain relationships with government customers, subcontractors, and industry partners in-region to support pipeline growth.Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.Prior site leadership experience (e.g., Site Manager or similar) within an engineering, facilities, or base support services environment.Demonstrated success managing customer relationships, vendor relationships, and local supply chain networks in a regional operating environment.Familiarity with government contract management processes and documentation.Willingness and ability to be based full-time in Qatar, including OCONUS living conditions.Strong communication and coordination skills for working across government customers, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting government engineering or base support services contracts in the Southwest Asia region.Established network of vendor and supply chain contacts within the region.Experience supporting business development or capture activities in a government contracting environment.SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active or eligible for U.S. DoD Secret Security ClearanceTRAVEL: Ability to travel within the Southwest Asia region as needed.Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLCwww.intrepidgs.comIntrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC.
