Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Coating Technology, or related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years experience in coating, blasting, and painting within the oil and gas industry.In-depth knowledge of surface preparation, coating application techniques, and relevant industry standards (such as NACE or SSPC).Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to supervise and motivate a technical team.Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices related to coating and painting operations.Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and inspection reports.Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
