Requires 1-3 years of relevant tile masonry experience. A Tile Masonry Trade Certificate is preferred. UAE/GCC construction experience and previous experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects are advantageous. Must have good knowledge of tile installation, cutting, fixing, leveling, and grouting, ability to read basic drawings and site instructions, and knowledge of construction site safety and PPE requirements. Physically fit with good attention to detail, teamwork, discipline, and communication skills.

The candidate will be responsible for accurate tile installation, surface preparation, alignment, grouting, and finishing in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and UAE site HSE requirements. Key Responsibilities Install floor and wall tiles as per approved drawings and project specifications. Measure, mark, cut, and position tiles accurately. Prepare surfaces before tile installation, including cleaning and leveling. Mix and apply cement mortar, adhesive, and other approved materials. Maintain proper line, level, alignment, spacing, and slope. Install tiles in floors, walls, bathrooms, kitchens, corridors, and other designated areas. Apply grout and seal joints to achieve a neat and uniform finish. Check completed tile work for alignment, level, hollow areas, unevenness, and defects. Remove and replace damaged, cracked, or improperly installed tiles. Use tile cutting machines and hand tools safely and correctly. Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, waterproofing teams, and other trades where required. Follow project quality control procedures and site instructions. Comply with UAE construction site HSE requirements and use required PPE. Maintain proper housekeeping and keep tools and work areas clean and safe. Report material requirements, defects, or site issues to the Foreman/Supervisor. Perform other related tiling duties assigned by the Site Supervisor or Foreman. Requirements: Required Experience & Education Experience: 1–3 years of relevant tile masonry experience. Education/Certification: Tile Masonry Trade Certificate preferred. UAE/GCC construction experience is an advantage. Previous experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects is preferred. Key Skills Good knowledge of floor and wall tile installation. Skilled in tile cutting, fixing, leveling, and grouting. Ability to read and follow basic drawings and site instructions. Good understanding of tile spacing, alignment, slope, and finishing. Ability to use tile cutting machines, grinders, and basic masonry tools. Knowledge of construction site safety and PPE requirements. Good attention to detail and quality. Physically fit and capable of working in demanding construction environments.
