Job SummaryThe Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating and monitoring logistics activities to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods, while maintaining accurate documentation and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily logistics and transportation activities.Arrange and follow up on shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners.Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents and records.Monitor shipment and delivery status and ensure timely delivery.Coordinate with Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, and other relevant departments.Follow up on transportation and delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable logistics regulations.Track logistics costs and support the preparation of related reports.Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics transactions.Prepare regular logistics reports and provide updates on ongoing shipments.Support continuous improvement of logistics processes and operational efficiency.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.Good knowledge of logistics and transportation processes.Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Strong communication and coordination skills.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
