Description
Job PurposeDevelop and maintain long-term gas, NGL and associated product capacity, production and infrastructure plans for ADNOC Gas. Integrate upstream feed profiles, asset capabilities, project schedules and demand requirements into a single consistent long-term production plan that supports the Business Plan and enables reliable supply commitments across the gas value chain.Key AccountabilitiesConsolidate and validate upstream feed gas profiles, associated gas volumes and new stream tie-ins from ADNOC Upstream and Group entities. Translate asset capacities, operating envelopes, turnaround and shutdown schedules and reliability assumptions into realistic forecasts. Develop long-term capacity and infrastructure plans, identifying where and when constraints will emerge. Perform long-term supply and demand balancing and support optimisation of molecule allocation across assets, products and customers. Quantify curtailment and production loss exposure and support mitigation options. Develop production and capacity scenarios and conduct sensitivity analysis on key planning assumptions. Maintain planning models, datasets and tools with full data integrity, version control and documented assumptions. Develop Upstream profiles, project schedules and demand cases move continuously the plan must stay current without becoming unstable. Reconciling conflicting inputs from Operations, Projects, Engineering, Marketing and Upstream into one agreed number. Working at portfolio level while the deep technical bench sits in Engineering – influence without ownership of that resource. Balancing planning realism against commercial ambition when commitments are being made off the plan. Establishing planning discipline in a newly formed department.Be a single, trusted long-term production plan used by Finance, Marketing and Operations without parallel versions. Improve forecast accuracy, evidenced through lookback and variance analysis. Develop Clean, respected interfaces with Upstream, Engineering, Operations and Projects. Aanalyse the Constraints and curtailment exposure surfaced early enough to act on.Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent with Around 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 in production planning, long-term planning, integrated planning or gas value chain planning in oil and gas, LNG or petrochemicals. GAS / NGL / LNG TECHNICAL FOUNDATION – sound understanding of gas processing, NGL extraction and fractionation and LNG operations, including capacity constraints and operating envelopes. ANALYTICAL & MODELLING CAPABILITY – advanced Excel essential, with structured model building, data integrity discipline and version control. CROSS-DISCIPLINE RECONCILIATION – proven ability to work across technical, commercial and financial teams and reconcile conflicting inputs into one agreed plan. PLANNING RIGOUR & COMMUNICATION – documented assumptions, clear scenario and sensitivity presentation, and excellent written and spoken English.
