Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting. Experience in a multinational environment is preferable.Proven experience in implementing or heavily using SAP or similar Tier-1 ERP systems.Ability to work independently. Must be comfortable doing both high-level analysis and basic data entry.Fluent professional English communication, both verbal and written, is essential.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Lead the ERP (SAP) localization for Egypt, balancing local fiscal requirements with global reporting standards.Serve as the Super User/Subject Matter Expert during the rollout phase, providing guidance and troubleshooting.Develop and implement standardized Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes for a new departmental setup.Partner with Sales and Operations to deep-dive into revenue drivers, margin analysis, and overheads to optimize the bottom line.Own the accounting lifecycle. From managing vendor relations (AP) and customer billing (AR) to maintaining a flawless General Ledger, you’ll be the primary driver of our daily financial health.Take full control of the local treasury function. Manage bank accounts, monitor daily liquidity, and expertly handle local currency requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for the Regional Head Office, spearheading deep-dive audits, regional tax projects, and ad-hoc market analyses.Lead local risk management strategies (including corporate insurance portfolios) and manage the performance and cost-efficiency of outsourced third-party partners (e.g., Logistics, IT).Act as the primary face of the local finance team during all audits, while ensuring Regional HQ consistently receives precise and timely financial reporting.Execute all Egyptian statutory tax requirements, ensuring flawless and timely filings for VAT, Corporate Tax, and Payroll taxes.Manage and review commercial agreements across the board, from vendor negotiations to customer contracts.
