Repair and/or rebuild NOV equipment at the Fort Worth facility
Perform assembly and disassembly of Oilfield Equipment, and related components
Conduct pre-testing and assist with final testing of equipment
Inspect components for wear, damage, and compliance with specifications
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all NOV policies, procedures, and health, safety, and environmental requirements
Complete required documentation and inspection records
Domestic Travel may be required
Perform other duties as assigned
Level Guidelines
Level I (Entry Level)
Performs basic repair and rebuild tasks under direct supervision
Assists with disassembly, cleaning, inspection, and component replacement
Learns standard tools, hydraulic systems, and repair procedures
Decisions and work reviewed by senior technicians
Typically 1+ year of heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience
Typically 1+ year of hydraulic experience
Level II (Intermediate)
Performs equipment repair, rebuild, and inspection tasks with minimal guidance
Independently pre-tests, disassembles, and inspections of Oilfield Equipment.
Identifies wear, damage, and required repairs using established procedures
Exercises sound judgment in routine troubleshooting
Typically 2+ years heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience
Typically 2+ years hydraulic experience
Level III (Senior)
Performs complex repair, diagnostic, and rebuild activities independently
Conducts final assembly and verification of Oilfield Equipment.
Adjusts injector settings and performs operational testing on test power packs
Identifies root causes of equipment failures and recommends corrective actions
Provides technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
Typically 4+ years heavy equipment manufacturing or repair experience
Typically 4+ years hydraulic experience
Skills & Experience Required (All Levels)
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Experience with hydraulic systems and heavy equipment preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stoop, stand, and/or sit for 8 hours
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good communication skills
High School Diploma or GED preferred
