Job Description
A prestigious government healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced senior specialist / consultant – periodontist to join its dental and oral healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist/consultant-level assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients with periodontal and related oral health conditions.
Diagnose and manage complex periodontal diseases and conditions affecting the supporting structures of the teeth.
Develop comprehensive, individualized periodontal treatment plans.
Perform non-surgical and surgical periodontal procedures according to clinical expertise.
Perform periodontal regenerative procedures and soft-tissue management where appropriate.
Manage patients requiring periodontal maintenance and long-term supportive care.
Evaluate patients for dental implants and provide appropriate periodontal assessment and treatment.
Collaborate with general dentists, prosthodontists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and clinical documentation.
Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to teaching, supervision, and mentoring of junior dental professionals.
Promote patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based periodontal care.
Stay updated with advances in periodontology, implant-related therapy, regenerative procedures, and modern treatment techniques.
Requirements
