Infrastructure Design & ImplementationDesign, implement, and maintain highly available infrastructure solutions to ensure business-critical applications are always available and perform optimally.Technical Installations & ConfigurationPerform technical installations for complex solutions and applications, ensuring smooth integration and minimal disruption to operations.System Administration & MonitoringOversee day-to-day operations, including system administration, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Resolve escalated issues promptly and ensure high availability.Second-Level SupportProvide second-level support for both internal and external users, addressing and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, applications, and performance.Solution Design & DocumentationDevelop low-level designs and detailed solution documentation for internal and external projects, ensuring that solutions are scalable and maintainable.Application Deployments & UpdatesManage new application deployments and release updates across various application server platforms to improve functionality and address customer needs.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationMonitor application performance and resource utilization to ensure optimal efficiency.
