Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.Minimum 2–4 years of relevant digital marketing experience.Previous experience within the Dubai/UAE hospitality, tourism, luxury yacht rental, travel or luxury lifestyle market is strongly preferred.Good understanding of Dubai’s hospitality, tourism and luxury customer market.Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing and lead generation.Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and digital advertising platforms.Ability to analyse campaign data and make performance-based marketing decisions.Strong understanding of social media trends, particularly Instagram, TikTok and short-form video content.Ability to develop premium and visually attractive content suitable for a luxury brand.Experience working with photographers, videographers, influencers and content creators would be an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Arabic language skills would be an advantage.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.Commercial mindset with a strong focus on lead generation, customer acquisition and revenue growth

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality, tourism, luxury lifestyle, travel, or yacht rental industry, together with a solid understanding of the Dubai market and its customer segments.The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing activities that increase brand visibility, generate qualified leads, drive bookings, and strengthen our presence within Dubai’s competitive luxury hospitality and yacht charter market.Experience in marketing luxury yachts, yacht charters, hospitality services, hotels, tourism experiences, luxury transportation, or high-end lifestyle services will be highly advantageous.Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s sales and business objectives.Manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns aimed at UAE residents, tourists, corporate clients, VIP customers, travel agencies, concierge companies and luxury lifestyle customers.Generate qualified leads and online bookings for yacht rentals and hospitality-related services.Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid media campaigns, including campaign budgeting, audience targeting, retargeting and performance analysis.Develop engaging social media content highlighting yachts, destinations, onboard experiences, events, celebrations and premium services.Coordinate professional photography, videography, reels and promotional content for digital campaigns.Manage the company’s social media presence and maintain consistent brand positioning across all digital channels.Improve website traffic and organic visibility through SEO, local SEO and content marketing strategies.Monitor website performance, enquiries, conversion rates and booking funnels using analytics tools.Develop email marketing, CRM and remarketing campaigns to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.Work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to design promotions, seasonal campaigns, packages and special offers.Identify opportunities for collaborations with hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, influencers, event organisers, concierge companies and luxury brands.Monitor competitors, yacht rental trends, hospitality trends, tourism activities and customer behaviour within Dubai and the UAE.Manage listings and brand presence across relevant hospitality, tourism, yacht charter and online booking platforms.Prepare regular reports covering campaign performance, lead generation, cost per lead, return on advertising spend, conversions and bookings.Continuously test and optimise campaigns to improve digital marketing ROI.What We OfferOpportunity to work within Dubai’s growing luxury hospitality and yacht charter industry.Exposure to premium clients, international tourists and luxury lifestyle brands.Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.Performance-based growth opportunities.Dynamic and professional working environment in Dubai.
