Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture.5+ years of experience as an Architect within an engineering consultancy or architectural design environment.Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.Experience in architectural modeling, detailed design, and construction documentation.Strong understanding of building systems, construction methodologies, architectural detailing, and building materials.Experience coordinating with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams.Good knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical coordination skills.Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.Software Proficiency:Revit (Required)AutoCADAdobe Creative Suite (Preferred)Enscape, Lumion, or other architectural visualization software is a plus.

Talent 360 is hiring a Technical Architect to join our team.This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced architect who is passionate about delivering technically accurate, high-quality architectural designs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced consultancy environment.About the RoleAs a Technical Architect at Talent 360, you will be responsible for developing architectural designs from concept through construction documentation while ensuring technical excellence, BIM coordination, and compliance with project requirements and industry standards. The ideal candidate has strong Revit expertise, experience in engineering consultancy projects, and the ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop architectural designs across concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation stages.Create, maintain, and update accurate architectural BIM models using Revit throughout all project phases.Produce high-quality architectural drawings, technical details, and project documentation.Coordinate with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless project integration.Participate in BIM coordination, clash detection, and model review processes.Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.Prepare architectural specifications, material selections, and detailed construction drawings.Review project requirements and resolve technical design and execution challenges.Participate in design reviews, technical coordination meetings, and project discussions.Support project delivery while maintaining high standards of technical accuracy, quality, and efficiency.Work DetailsCompany: Talent 360Employment Type: Full-timeWork Model: On-siteLocation: El MohandeseenWorking Days: Sunday to ThursdayWorking Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
