Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi is looking for a skilled and versatile Accommodation Attendant to maintain our Heartist accommodation to the highest standards. If you have hands-on experience in building maintenance and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment, we invite you to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in Heartist accommodation.
Perform repairs related to air conditioning (AC), electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building maintenance.
Inspect accommodation facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and company standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in hotels, staff accommodation, or residential facilities.
Good working knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems, electrical works, and plumbing.
Experience in general handyman tasks such as carpentry, painting, and minor repairs.
Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests effectively.
