Requirements
Develop and optimize process designs, PFDs, and P&IDs. Conduct process simulations, mass & energy balances, and feasibility studies. Monitor process performance and implement efficiency improvements. Support troubleshooting of process upsets, equipment failures, and operational issues. Participate in commissioning, start-up, and shutdown activities. Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and industry regulations. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and operating manuals. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and operations teams. Support HAZOP, SIL, and risk assessment studies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Process Engineering. 3–6 years of process engineering experience in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or industrial plants. Proficiency in process simulation tools (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II, or equivalent). Knowledge of process safety, plant operations, and industry standards. Skills & Competencies Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat & mass transfer. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Attention to detail and focus on safety compliance. Technical writing and documentation skills.
