The Senior Manager, Construction Management is responsible for leading the execution and delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives. The role oversees contractors, consultants, and project teams throughout the construction lifecycle while driving operational excellence and effective stakeholder management.Key Responsibilities Lead all construction activities from mobilization through project completion and handover.Manage contractors, consultants, and site supervision teams to achieve project delivery objectives.Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction performance.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and health and safety policies.Oversee construction planning, sequencing, and execution strategies.Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to minimize impacts on cost, schedule, and quality.Review and manage contractor progress, change orders, claims, and commercial issues.Coordinate with design, project management, procurement, HSE, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and stakeholder engagement activities.Drive value engineering, constructability reviews, and productivity improvement initiatives.Ensure timely resolution of technical, construction, and interface issues.Prepare executive reports and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
