Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.4–6 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, freight forwarding, or import/export operations.Good knowledge of the Egyptian customs process and ACID system.Experience handling import/export documentation.Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Description
Coordinate and monitor import/export customs clearance activities to ensure timely shipment release.Prepare, review, and verify import documentation, including ACID issuance, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificates of Origin.Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, banks, and internal teams to ensure smooth customs operations.Manage end-to-end inbound logistics operations and international shipping activities (Air & Sea Freight).Coordinate customs clearance processes to ensure on-time delivery.Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and regulatory authorities (NTRA).Monitor logistics KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.Track shipment status, resolve customs clearance issues, and ensure compliance with Egyptian customs regulations.Maintain accurate customs documentation and support continuous process improvements.Prepare purchase orders, shipping documents, and import/export documentation for accuracy and compliance.Coordinate air and sea freight shipments from origin to warehouse.Handle customs clearance processes, duty payments, ACID registrations, and all import-related regulatory requirements.Ensure timely issuance and delivery of shipment documentation.Prepare logistics reports.
