Requirements
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Agriculture and 3-5 years of experience in Fresh produce, Frozen fruits & Vegetables, or FMCG industries. Must have basic knowledge of Lean methodologies, GMP, HACCP, and production efficiencies calculations.

Position Summary :The Production Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing daily manufacturing operations at the October Plant to achieve target output, uphold quality standards, and minimize operational downtime. The role will ensure cost-effective resource utilization and adherence to safety guidelines, driving overall plant efficiency and supporting sustainable growth.Job Description : Managing the production personnel amongst the shop floor to achieve the highest productivity at the lowest cost Prepare daily production tracking schedules and output reports Prepare weekly & daily production plans and workforce needed to fulfill the sales demand as required Monitor machine performance, material consumption, and yield metrics Conduct root-cause analysis for production failures and output delays Supervise floor operators to maintain safety, hygiene, and SOP compliance Assist in implementing continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Lean, Kaizen)RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Agriculture or any relevant field3-5 years of experience in Fresh produce, Frozen fruits & Vegetables or FMCG industriesBasic knowledge of Lean methodologies, GMP, HACCP and production efficiencies calculationsBenefitsMedical insuranceSocial insurance Annual Bonus Based on KPIsDiscount on Linah Farms's Products
