Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, over 2 years of experience in HSE, and certifications in OSHA General and Construction, Risk Assessment, Accident Reporting and Investigation, Fire Safety and First Aid. Good English language skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also necessary.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo conduct day-to-day workplace assessment, inspection, and monitoring for all HSE aspects as per the Project HSE action plan. And to report any deviations to the senior level, with assistance in the HSE documentation.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the senior and lead level in following up on the implementation of the project HSE requirements, HSE regulations, all relevant legislation and client requirements.Participate with the senior and lead level in monitoring the construction activities and facilities inspection and make sure that these are executed as per the project HSE inspection and testing plan.Follow up on the implementation of all actions, works and services undertaken by the site functions in accordance with the respective of the MSRA, PTW, lifting plans and corrective action plans.Follow up on the actions with the subcontractors as per the walk-down results, meeting actions, and the performance review action plans.Report any incidents that happen in his area such as: Unsafe acts, Unsafe conditions, near-misses, or AccidentsHave the right to stop unsafe work or nonconformity works against the project HSE plan, company procedures, or HSE standards.SAFETY AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIESMaintain standards of HSE and comply with Company's HSE Management System requirementsTake reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in any related major.OSHA General and ConstructionRisk AssessmentAccident Reporting and InvestigationFire Safety and First AidPossesses Good English language skills and Microsoft Office skills+2 years of experience in HSE.Preferred Requirements:NIOSH- Occupational Health and Safety Specialist
