We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to manage the mortgage contract signing process for Nawy clients, ensuring their questions are addressed and contracts are signed within the required deadlines.Key Responsibilities- Manage client communication throughout the mortgage contract signing process.- Answer clients' questions regarding contract terms and procedures.- Follow up with clients to ensure contracts are signed within deadlines.- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and avoid delays.- Track contract statuses and ensure all required documentation is completed.
