We are seeking an experienced Group Investment Director to lead the evaluation, execution, and management of investment opportunities across diverse sectors and geographies. The role will be responsible for driving the full investment lifecycle, from opportunity assessment and due diligence to transaction execution, portfolio management, and value creation initiatives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Private Equity, Principal Investments, Infrastructure Investing, or Investment Banking, with proven experience leading complex transactions and engaging with senior stakeholders. This position requires exceptional financial modeling, valuation, strategic analysis, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify attractive investment opportunities and deliver superior investment outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.Conduct detailed financial analysis, valuation, and investment modeling to support investment decisions.Oversee commercial, financial, legal, and operational due diligence processes.Structure and execute transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, and strategic partnerships.Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees.Monitor portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities.Build and maintain relationships with management teams, investors, lenders, advisors, and other key stakeholders.Support the development and execution of the overall investment strategy.Mentor and guide junior investment professionals.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
