Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in export logistics, shipping, or customs operations.Strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade regulations, customs procedures, and Incoterms 2020.Good command of English, both written and spoken.Good proficiency in MS Excel.Experience with ERP/WMS systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Odoo is a plus.Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

About Alliance for Trading & InvestmentAlliance for Trading & Investment is a growing company specialized in import and export, committed to delivering reliable trading solutions and building strong business relationships across local and international markets.We are looking for an experienced and organized Logistics Specialist – Export to join our team and manage international shipping operations efficiently.About the RoleThe Logistics Specialist – Export will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring export shipments, managing shipping documentation, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery while maintaining compliance with international trade and customs regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and monitor daily export shipments across ocean, air, and land freight.Prepare, review, and maintain export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L), and Certificates of Origin.Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, transport providers, and customs clearance agents to ensure timely bookings and smooth shipment execution.Monitor shipment status from dispatch through final delivery and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, Incoterms, and export procedures.Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics data, and documentation through ERP/WMS systems.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely preparation of export shipments.Follow up on customs clearance and ensure all required documentation is completed properly.
