Job description: Job Summary• Visit customer onsite (within an agreed time-frame) to assess complaint raised• Provide feedback / recommendations in QC report to assist in closing the complaint as quickly as possible to the customers satisfaction. Job Responsibilities• To act in a professional manner when visiting the customer.• To provide a professional QC report along with recommendations.• Where possible, to fix the problem on-site thus reducing the complaint lead time.• Customer visit & report to be completed within 48hrs of receipt of complaint.
